Opening Hours:
From our research, InPost lockers are generally open 24 hours a day. However, this depends on being able to access the lockers themselves – if they are in a location that in inaccessible during certain hours of the day, this may not be the case. InPost customer service is available from 9am – 5.30pm 7 days a week. If you are calling about a delivery, it helps enormously if you have a parcel number ready when you call.

The lockers are very convenient with 24…
The lockers are very convenient with 24 hour access and car parking, but this was my first time using it and I didn’t find the instructions as clear as I would have liked. The locker door released almost silently so I had no indication of which door had opened. It would be more useful if the screen have a description of the exact locker door. From a security perspective, by the time I had located the correct door, a passer-by or someone hanging around with bad intentions could have swooped in and stolen the contents whilst I was still standing at the main control screen.

Really unpleasant area to collect my…
Really unpleasant area to collect my parcel. Full of bins and puddles and the screen was really hard to get working. Had to press each button about 5 times until it would work

I tried to send a parcel with inpost 13…
I tried to send a parcel with inpost 13 days ago I printed label packed and put parcel into one of there lockers all good then wait for a email to say it had been delivered in heard nothing from anyone so looked on there Web site it said at ware house so looked for there customer service and it sends you round in circles you can only talk to someone via live chat no problem I thought they Web live chat did not work so hunted for a phone number for inpost again found one it was based in Poland where after three calls later feeling sick with frustrating anger they told me I had to go to parcel .to.go.come where you have to try and find there live chat and ask to speak from someone from inpost which seems mad because after all this still have to wait don’t know how to get my parcel or my money back it all in there hands I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this service like the plague if you find yourself where I am hell you need to go to customers service help delivery help look for the still stuck button click and click live chat good luck

Without a doubt the worse parcel…
Without a doubt the worse parcel company in the world.
I sent a parcel on 24 hour guaranteed delivery and it took over a week.
I took it to the locker as per there instructions and it was still in the locker 6 days later after i had paid extra for guaranteed next day.
Terrible avoid this company at all cost

Convenient
I usually use Collect+ but there was no option for this when i placed an order with Boohoo. Was a bit nervous about using this service as i didnt know how it worked. All worked out fine however and my parcel was collected with ease.

Worked very well except for one…
Worked very well except for one problem. The address is just Alderman’s Hill (which is quite long). In fact it is at the back of the Morrison’s store near the car park. The address needs more detail.

A good option that meant I didn’t need to be at home…
A good option that meant I didn’t need to be at home when the delivery was ready; collection point was easily accessible; only issue was the machine scanner would not read my phone code, but entered code details on screen with no problems…

Poor communication and late delivery
Parcel was ment to arrive within 48hrs. Parcel arrived 9 days late. No explanation given, had to contact them on day 7 before they told me there was a problem with the locker.

A refund of delivery charge would have been nice.

Location not rcognising PIN access option
Had some problem as location: Text notification said enter PIN or scan QR. My phone would not load the QR, so PIN was option for me. However, terminal instructions did not refer to a PIN and only option appeared to be mobile number plus a 6-figure number in two blocks of three. Assumed this latter was the ‘PIN’, but terminal refused to recognise my phone number plus this ‘PIN’.
Eventually had to forward text to another phone that would load the QR before being able to access parcel. Took a trip back home then a further visit to sort…..

Shocking delivery service, do not use.
Shocking delivery service, still waiting over a week for parcel to be delivered to locker after it was collected from retailer, it was supposed to be next day delivery to locker. Customer service responded quickly saying it would be delivered today but it never did.
2 weeks later and still waiting for it, after ringing customer service numerous times, and they say oh it will be delivered next day.
