Not the best if your based in south London
Been with them for over 10 years in south London – Herne Hill and now 1 mile south of Elephant and Castle. They increasingly seem to have trouble getting drivers to collect South of the river. Its ok as long as you allow for a 2-3 hour window for a pick up. This means same days really have to be booked by 12 noon. Also they need to be honest when they have tech failure and can’t collect. This happened a few weeks ago.

Avoid this company at all costs.
Avoid this company at all costs.

We booked a same day pickup with this company. Google ads claimed 1 hour collection. Website claimed 11:30 pickup but small print estimated. Collection and delivery address 1 minute between the locations so very easy. Parcel collected 2:10PM. Driver then only had to drive 1 minute down the road to delivery address but instead took his lunch break and sat in the van with our goods.

If you are a business just avoid using CitySprint. It’s not worth it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They let you down last minute, they have no backup driver if the driver assigned to your job cancels, the customer service team and sales reps are poorly trained to handle queries, they invoice you incorrectly, overcharging you, you ask for tracked deliveries and they can’t provide that and unless you have counted your deliveries beforehand they will try their luck with invoicing you a random figure. I could go on but believe me, I have never dealt with a company with such bad customer service, they literally do not care about letting you down!

Useless
Useless. Lost a pair of limited edition shoes, passed me around various departments who couldn’t track the parcel down and finally had to go back to the supplier who said they’d write them off as lost.
Emailed the given customer email address and not heard a peep back.

Courier service to be avoided…
I was a Transworld customer and was very happy because I was valued customer. Since Citysprint has purchased Transworld, the customer service is appalling: Bookings cannot be made easily on their online system which is not customer friendly. Customer services need to be called nearly every time you need to make courier service booking and you can spend up to 15 minutes before talking to the right person. Unfortunately they are purchasing all their competitors…

Unprofessional, and inadequate
From trying to book the same day delivery, of a large item, to our client, the administration and the collection time, this was a disastrous experience.

When I booked the delivery, the customer service operative couldn’t understand that a 2m package can be laid down the length of a transit….
Once that was cleared up, I received no confirmation email confirming the collection/pricing or invoice/receipt.

The collection was arranged for 9am and they finally collected at gone 11am after an email exchange in which the customer services admitted that the company “seemed quite busy” that morning.

The only saving grace was the professionalism and courtesy of the driver, once he arrived!

Safe to say, I will never use this company again!

Had a text 12.11.18 saying delivery…
Had a text 12.11.18 saying delivery from Wicks would be delivered following day between 8am and 1pm, had another text 10.14am on the 13th. saying delivery was on way and would be delivered between 8am and 1pm. Delivery arrived at 2pm, an hour late, driver didn’t speak much, left without asking for a signature, got another text 2.04 pm saying goods had been delivered and quoted name of signatory.

We have used CitySprint for a few years…
We have used CitySprint for a few years now as our sameday and overnight carrier. I cannot recommend them highly enough. As soon as you have a problem you alert the call centre and some one will be the case straight away.
Great company to use for your couriering needs.

Worst ever courier experience
Courier failed to deliver having made a paltry effort to try and find us. Within 10 mins of the missed delivery I contacted the head office to try and get them to contact their driver – not interested in trying to help. Asked to be put through to complaints having now been ignored by two staff members and was promptly disconnected. This has been our worst ever courier experience.

To add insult to injury I have just had a text saying my order has been delivered and signed for by KB. Complete fabrication.

Scary Behaviour of Courier not Dealt with
I called this company to report an incident last week. One of their couriers came speeding down the pavement towards me, pinned me in with his bike so my back was against the wall and I had nowhere to go and stared at me for several seconds before saying ‘hi’ and speeding off. Apart from the fact he could have injured someone, this scary behaviour is completely unacceptable.I asked that someone call me back and no one has bothered which I think is shocking. Update: after the review below, Citysprint got in contact and then it took them another TEN days to respond with another question! They haven’t even looked into the matter yet.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
TERRIBLE SERVICE! Booked my first delivery with City Sprint. No one turned up. I called an hour later and was told that even though my confirmation had a collection and delivery time stated on the booking, they ‘never guarantee timings’ and that I should have read the small print.The driver was still 30 minutes away. I said I didn’t want to pay full price for a second-rate service but was told flatly that they were ‘doing their best’. Never again and if you’re thinking of trying them, don’t.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
TERRIBLE SERVICE! Booked my first delivery with City Sprint. No one turned up. I called an hour later and was told that even though my confirmation had a collection and delivery time stated on the booking, they ‘never guarantee timings’ and that I should have read the small print.The driver was still 30 minutes away. I said I didn’t want to pay full price for a second-rate service but was told flatly that they were ‘doing their best’. Never again and if you’re thinking of trying them, don’t.

Not the best if your based in south London
Been with them for over 10 years in south London – Herne Hill and now 1 mile south of Elephant and Castle. They increasingly seem to have trouble getting drivers to collect South of the river. Its ok as long as you allow for a 2-3 hour window for a pick up. This means same days really have to be booked by 12 noon. Also they need to be honest when they have tech failure and can’t collect. This happened a few weeks ago.

Avoid this company at all costs.

We booked a same day pickup with this company. Google ads claimed 1 hour collection. Website claimed 11:30 pickup but small print estimated. Collection and delivery address 1 minute between the locations so very easy. Parcel collected 2:10PM. Driver then only had to drive 1 minute down the road to delivery address but instead took his lunch break and sat in the van with our goods.

If you are a business just avoid using CitySprint. It’s not worth it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They let you down last minute, they have no backup driver if the driver assigned to your job cancels, the customer service team and sales reps are poorly trained to handle queries, they invoice you incorrectly, overcharging you, you ask for tracked deliveries and they can’t provide that and unless you have counted your deliveries beforehand they will try their luck with invoicing you a random figure. I could go on but believe me, I have never dealt with a company with such bad customer service, they literally do not care about letting you down!

Useless
Useless. Lost a pair of limited edition shoes, passed me around various departments who couldn’t track the parcel down and finally had to go back to the supplier who said they’d write them off as lost.
Emailed the given customer email address and not heard a peep back.

Courier service to be avoided…
I was a Transworld customer and was very happy because I was valued customer. Since Citysprint has purchased Transworld, the customer service is appalling: Bookings cannot be made easily on their online system which is not customer friendly. Customer services need to be called nearly every time you need to make courier service booking and you can spend up to 15 minutes before talking to the right person. Unfortunately they are purchasing all their competitors…

Unprofessional, and inadequate
From trying to book the same day delivery, of a large item, to our client, the administration and the collection time, this was a disastrous experience.

When I booked the delivery, the customer service operative couldn’t understand that a 2m package can be laid down the length of a transit….
Once that was cleared up, I received no confirmation email confirming the collection/pricing or invoice/receipt.

The collection was arranged for 9am and they finally collected at gone 11am after an email exchange in which the customer services admitted that the company “seemed quite busy” that morning.

The only saving grace was the professionalism and courtesy of the driver, once he arrived!

Safe to say, I will never use this company again!

Had a text 12.11.18 saying delivery…
Had a text 12.11.18 saying delivery from Wicks would be delivered following day between 8am and 1pm, had another text 10.14am on the 13th. saying delivery was on way and would be delivered between 8am and 1pm. Delivery arrived at 2pm, an hour late, driver didn’t speak much, left without asking for a signature, got another text 2.04 pm saying goods had been delivered and quoted name of signatory.

We have used CitySprint for a few years…
We have used CitySprint for a few years now as our sameday and overnight carrier. I cannot recommend them highly enough. As soon as you have a problem you alert the call centre and some one will be the case straight away.

Worst ever courier experience
Courier failed to deliver having made a paltry effort to try and find us. Within 10 mins of the missed delivery I contacted the head office to try and get them to contact their driver – not interested in trying to help. Asked to be put through to complaints having now been ignored by two staff members and was promptly disconnected. This has been our worst ever courier experience.

To add insult to injury I have just had a text saying my order has been delivered and signed for by KB. Complete fabrication.

Scary Behaviour of Courier not Dealt with
I called this company to report an incident last week. One of their couriers came speeding down the pavement towards me, pinned me in with his bike so my back was against the wall and I had nowhere to go and stared at me for several seconds before saying ‘hi’ and speeding off. Apart from the fact he could have injured someone, this scary behaviour is completely unacceptable.I asked that someone call me back and no one has bothered which I think is shocking. Update: after the review below, Citysprint got in contact and then it took them another TEN days to respond with another question! They haven’t even looked into the matter yet.

Scary Behaviour of Courier not Dealt with
I called this company to report an incident last week. One of their couriers came speeding down the pavement towards me, pinned me in with his bike so my back was against the wall and I had nowhere to go and stared at me for several seconds before saying ‘hi’ and speeding off. Apart from the fact he could have injured someone, this scary behaviour is completely unacceptable.I asked that someone call me back and no one has bothered which I think is shocking. Update: after the review below, Citysprint got in contact and then it took them another TEN days to respond with another question! They haven’t even looked into the matter yet.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
TERRIBLE SERVICE! Booked my first delivery with City Sprint. No one turned up. I called an hour later and was told that even though my confirmation had a collection and delivery time stated on the booking, they ‘never guarantee timings’ and that I should have read the small print.The driver was still 30 minutes away. I said I didn’t want to pay full price for a second-rate service but was told flatly that they were ‘doing their best’. Never again and if you’re thinking of trying them, don’t.

Not the best if your based in south London
Been with them for over 10 years in south London – Herne Hill and now 1 mile south of Elephant and Castle. They increasingly seem to have trouble getting drivers to collect South of the river. Its ok as long as you allow for a 2-3 hour window for a pick up. This means same days really have to be booked by 12 noon. Also they need to be honest when they have tech failure and can’t collect. This happened a few weeks ago.

Avoid this company at all costs.

We booked a same day pickup with this company. Google ads claimed 1 hour collection. Website claimed 11:30 pickup but small print estimated. Collection and delivery address 1 minute between the locations so very easy. Parcel collected 2:10PM. Driver then only had to drive 1 minute down the road to delivery address but instead took his lunch break and sat in the van with our goods.

If you are a business just avoid using CitySprint. It’s not worth it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They let you down last minute, they have no backup driver if the driver assigned to your job cancels, the customer service team and sales reps are poorly trained to handle queries, they invoice you incorrectly, overcharging you, you ask for tracked deliveries and they can’t provide that and unless you have counted your deliveries beforehand they will try their luck with invoicing you a random figure. I could go on but believe me, I have never dealt with a company with such bad customer service, they literally do not care about letting you down!

Useless
Useless. Lost a pair of limited edition shoes, passed me around various departments who couldn’t track the parcel down and finally had to go back to the supplier who said they’d write them off as lost.
Emailed the given customer email address and not heard a peep back.

Courier service to be avoided…
I was a Transworld customer and was very happy because I was valued customer. Since Citysprint has purchased Transworld, the customer service is appalling: Bookings cannot be made easily on their online system which is not customer friendly. Customer services need to be called nearly every time you need to make courier service booking and you can spend up to 15 minutes before talking to the right person. Unfortunately they are purchasing all their competitors…

Unprofessional, and inadequate
From trying to book the same day delivery, of a large item, to our client, the administration and the collection time, this was a disastrous experience.

When I booked the delivery, the customer service operative couldn’t understand that a 2m package can be laid down the length of a transit….
Once that was cleared up, I received no confirmation email confirming the collection/pricing or invoice/receipt.

The collection was arranged for 9am and they finally collected at gone 11am after an email exchange in which the customer services admitted that the company “seemed quite busy” that morning.

The only saving grace was the professionalism and courtesy of the driver, once he arrived!

Safe to say, I will never use this company again!

Had a text 12.11.18 saying delivery…
Had a text 12.11.18 saying delivery from Wicks would be delivered following day between 8am and 1pm, had another text 10.14am on the 13th. saying delivery was on way and would be delivered between 8am and 1pm. Delivery arrived at 2pm, an hour late, driver didn’t speak much, left without asking for a signature, got another text 2.04 pm saying goods had been delivered and quoted name of signatory.

We have used CitySprint for a few years…
We have used CitySprint for a few years now as our sameday and overnight carrier. I cannot recommend them highly enough. As soon as you have a problem you alert the call centre and some one will be the case straight away.

Worst ever courier experience
Courier failed to deliver having made a paltry effort to try and find us. Within 10 mins of the missed delivery I contacted the head office to try and get them to contact their driver – not interested in trying to help. Asked to be put through to complaints having now been ignored by two staff members and was promptly disconnected. This has been our worst ever courier experience.

To add insult to injury I have just had a text saying my order has been delivered and signed for by KB. Complete fabrication.

Good service, bad afternoon van service
Good service, really happy with the overall service, but van jobs after midday are a nightmare.

CitySprint should increase their van fleet, to cope with our (customers) needs.

Scary Behaviour of Courier not Dealt with
I called this company to report an incident last week. One of their couriers came speeding down the pavement towards me, pinned me in with his bike so my back was against the wall and I had nowhere to go and stared at me for several seconds before saying ‘hi’ and speeding off. Apart from the fact he could have injured someone, this scary behaviour is completely unacceptable.I asked that someone call me back and no one has bothered which I think is shocking. Update: after the review below, Citysprint got in contact and then it took them another TEN days to respond with another question! They haven’t even looked into the matter yet.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
TERRIBLE SERVICE! Booked my first delivery with City Sprint. No one turned up. I called an hour later and was told that even though my confirmation had a collection and delivery time stated on the booking, they ‘never guarantee timings’ and that I should have read the small print.The driver was still 30 minutes away. I said I didn’t want to pay full price for a second-rate service but was told flatly that they were ‘doing their best’. Never again and if you’re thinking of trying them, don’t.

Not the best if your based in south London
Been with them for over 10 years in south London – Herne Hill and now 1 mile south of Elephant and Castle. They increasingly seem to have trouble getting drivers to collect South of the river. Its ok as long as you allow for a 2-3 hour window for a pick up. This means same days really have to be booked by 12 noon. Also they need to be honest when they have tech failure and can’t collect. This happened a few weeks ago.

Avoid this company at all costs.

We booked a same day pickup with this company. Google ads claimed 1 hour collection. Website claimed 11:30 pickup but small print estimated. Collection and delivery address 1 minute between the locations so very easy. Parcel collected 2:10PM. Driver then only had to drive 1 minute down the road to delivery address but instead took his lunch break and sat in the van with our goods.

If you are a business just avoid using CitySprint. It’s not worth it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They let you down last minute, they have no backup driver if the driver assigned to your job cancels, the customer service team and sales reps are poorly trained to handle queries, they invoice you incorrectly, overcharging you, you ask for tracked deliveries and they can’t provide that and unless you have counted your deliveries beforehand they will try their luck with invoicing you a random figure. I could go on but believe me, I have never dealt with a company with such bad customer service, they literally do not care about letting you down!

Useless
Useless. Lost a pair of limited edition shoes, passed me around various departments who couldn’t track the parcel down and finally had to go back to the supplier who said they’d write them off as lost.
Emailed the given customer email address and not heard a peep back.

Courier service to be avoided…
I was a Transworld customer and was very happy because I was valued customer. Since Citysprint has purchased Transworld, the customer service is appalling: Bookings cannot be made easily on their online system which is not customer friendly. Customer services need to be called nearly every time you need to make courier service booking and you can spend up to 15 minutes before talking to the right person. Unfortunately they are purchasing all their competitors…

Unprofessional, and inadequate
From trying to book the same day delivery, of a large item, to our client, the administration and the collection time, this was a disastrous experience.

When I booked the delivery, the customer service operative couldn’t understand that a 2m package can be laid down the length of a transit….
Once that was cleared up, I received no confirmation email confirming the collection/pricing or invoice/receipt.

The collection was arranged for 9am and they finally collected at gone 11am after an email exchange in which the customer services admitted that the company “seemed quite busy” that morning.

The only saving grace was the professionalism and courtesy of the driver, once he arrived!

Safe to say, I will never use this company again!

Had a text 12.11.18 saying delivery…
Had a text 12.11.18 saying delivery from Wicks would be delivered following day between 8am and 1pm, had another text 10.14am on the 13th. saying delivery was on way and would be delivered between 8am and 1pm. Delivery arrived at 2pm, an hour late, driver didn’t speak much, left without asking for a signature, got another text 2.04 pm saying goods had been delivered and quoted name of signatory.

We have used CitySprint for a few years now as our sameday and overnight carrier. I cannot recommend them highly enough. As soon as you have a problem you alert the call centre and some one will be the case straight away.

Worst ever courier experience
Courier failed to deliver having made a paltry effort to try and find us. Within 10 mins of the missed delivery I contacted the head office to try and get them to contact their driver – not interested in trying to help. Asked to be put through to complaints having now been ignored by two staff members and was promptly disconnected. This has been our worst ever courier experience.

To add insult to injury I have just had a text saying my order has been delivered and signed for by KB. Complete fabrication.

Good service, bad afternoon van service
Good service, really happy with the overall service, but van jobs after midday are a nightmare.

Scary Behaviour of Courier not Dealt with
I called this company to report an incident last week. One of their couriers came speeding down the pavement towards me, pinned me in with his bike so my back was against the wall and I had nowhere to go and stared at me for several seconds before saying ‘hi’ and speeding off. Apart from the fact he could have injured someone, this scary behaviour is completely unacceptable.I asked that someone call me back and no one has bothered which I think is shocking. Update: after the review below, Citysprint got in contact and then it took them another TEN days to respond with another question! They haven’t even looked into the matter yet.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
TERRIBLE SERVICE! Booked my first delivery with City Sprint. No one turned up. I called an hour later and was told that even though my confirmation had a collection and delivery time stated on the booking, they ‘never guarantee timings’ and that I should have read the small print.The driver was still 30 minutes away. I said I didn’t want to pay full price for a second-rate service but was told flatly that they were ‘doing their best’. Never again and if you’re thinking of trying them, don’t.

Not the best if your based in south London
Been with them for over 10 years in south London – Herne Hill and now 1 mile south of Elephant and Castle. They increasingly seem to have trouble getting drivers to collect South of the river. Its ok as long as you allow for a 2-3 hour window for a pick up. This means same days really have to be booked by 12 noon. Also they need to be honest when they have tech failure and can’t collect. This happened a few weeks ago.

Avoid this company at all costs.

We booked a same day pickup with this company. Google ads claimed 1 hour collection. Website claimed 11:30 pickup but small print estimated. Collection and delivery address 1 minute between the locations so very easy. Parcel collected 2:10PM. Driver then only had to drive 1 minute down the road to delivery address but instead took his lunch break and sat in the van with our goods.

If you are a business just avoid using CitySprint. It’s not worth it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They let you down last minute, they have no backup driver if the driver assigned to your job cancels, the customer service team and sales reps are poorly trained to handle queries, they invoice you incorrectly, overcharging you, you ask for tracked deliveries and they can’t provide that and unless you have counted your deliveries beforehand they will try their luck with invoicing you a random figure. I could go on but believe me, I have never dealt with a company with such bad customer service, they literally do not care about letting you down!

Useless
Useless. Lost a pair of limited edition shoes, passed me around various departments who couldn’t track the parcel down and finally had to go back to the supplier who said they’d write them off as lost.
Emailed the given customer email address and not heard a peep back.

Courier service to be avoided…
I was a Transworld customer and was very happy because I was valued customer. Since Citysprint has purchased Transworld, the customer service is appalling: Bookings cannot be made easily on their online system which is not customer friendly. Customer services need to be called nearly every time you need to make courier service booking and you can spend up to 15 minutes before talking to the right person. Unfortunately they are purchasing all their competitors…

Unprofessional, and inadequate
From trying to book the same day delivery, of a large item, to our client, the administration and the collection time, this was a disastrous experience.

When I booked the delivery, the customer service operative couldn’t understand that a 2m package can be laid down the length of a transit….
Once that was cleared up, I received no confirmation email confirming the collection/pricing or invoice/receipt.

The collection was arranged for 9am and they finally collected at gone 11am after an email exchange in which the customer services admitted that the company “seemed quite busy” that morning.

The only saving grace was the professionalism and courtesy of the driver, once he arrived!

Safe to say, I will never use this company again!

Had a text 12.11.18 saying delivery…
Had a text 12.11.18 saying delivery from Wicks would be delivered following day between 8am and 1pm, had another text 10.14am on the 13th. saying delivery was on way and would be delivered between 8am and 1pm. Delivery arrived at 2pm, an hour late, driver didn’t speak much, left without asking for a signature, got another text 2.04 pm saying goods had been delivered and quoted name of signatory.

We have used CitySprint for a few years now as our sameday and overnight carrier. I cannot recommend them highly enough. As soon as you have a problem you alert the call centre and some one will be the case straight away.

Worst ever courier experience
Courier failed to deliver having made a paltry effort to try and find us. Within 10 mins of the missed delivery I contacted the head office to try and get them to contact their driver – not interested in trying to help. Asked to be put through to complaints having now been ignored by two staff members and was promptly disconnected. This has been our worst ever courier experience.

To add insult to injury I have just had a text saying my order has been delivered and signed for by KB. Complete fabrication.

Worst ever courier experience
Courier failed to deliver having made a paltry effort to try and find us. Within 10 mins of the missed delivery I contacted the head office to try and get them to contact their driver – not interested in trying to help. Asked to be put through to complaints having now been ignored by two staff members and was promptly disconnected. This has been our worst ever courier experience.

To add insult to injury I have just had a text saying my order has been delivered and signed for by KB. Complete fabrication.

Company is disorganised
Carlos is very good and polite
Too many times the post is arriving late when other drivers cover Carlos

Good service, bad afternoon van service
Good service, really happy with the overall service, but van jobs after midday are a nightmare.

CitySprint should increase their van fleet, to cope with our (customers) needs.

Scary Behaviour of Courier not Dealt with
I called this company to report an incident last week. One of their couriers came speeding down the pavement towards me, pinned me in with his bike so my back was against the wall and I had nowhere to go and stared at me for several seconds before saying ‘hi’ and speeding off. Apart from the fact he could have injured someone, this scary behaviour is completely unacceptable.I asked that someone call me back and no one has bothered which I think is shocking. Update: after the review below, Citysprint got in contact and then it took them another TEN days to respond with another question! They haven’t even looked into the matter yet.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
TERRIBLE SERVICE! Booked my first delivery with City Sprint. No one turned up. I called an hour later and was told that even though my confirmation had a collection and delivery time stated on the booking, they ‘never guarantee timings’ and that I should have read the small print.The driver was still 30 minutes away. I said I didn’t want to pay full price for a second-rate service but was told flatly that they were ‘doing their best’. Never again and if you’re thinking of trying them, don’t.
