I used the live chat service today to track my parcel. I firstly tried the phone, but as there was high call volume, I decided to use this service instead. It is very easy to use and you are able to contact a customer service adviser immediately. I was connected to Andrea, who was extremely helpful. My delivery is booked in on a day to suit me. Mark & Luke (the crew) were lovely, they rang an hour before my delivery so I knew exactly what time my delivery would come. They were really polite they made sure I was happy with my delivery before they left. There a credit to ArrowXL.

Bad time management… no communication
The company called me to arrange delivery of an item to be delivered on Monday (5th). It was to be delivered between 4pm and 6pm. 7pm went and still nothing. Messaged Arrow this morning (6th) to be told that the item hadn’t been in stock when delivery was arranged but it was in now and could be sent out next Monday (12th). Not even a courtesy call to inform me of the error/delay. So i now have to wait a week after 1st scheduled for my item. This is not the 1st time this had happened. The exact same thing occurred in December also. I don’t understand how they can arrange a delivery for something that you don’t even have stock of. Why not wait until the actual item is physically in the depot rather than build a customer’s hopes up that they are about to receive their goods when they’ve been told they’re going to arrive. In the whole two times i have had to deal with this company both experiences have been the same. If i had the choice i definitely would not use the company. Unfortunately it is through third party so i have no other option than to use this service. Just very incompetent…

Nothing was too much trouble for Scott and Liam they took all the rubbish away and asked how we wanted the sofa set up , they were polite and friendly , talking and calm to the children even when they got in the way. Fantastic service . Arrived when said they would via text service. Brilliant

Awful company

Awful company. Text me at 6:30 am saying they would deliver in next 30 mins. My time slot was 7:30 to 8:30, people were in the office from 7:45. So they come early and was unable to deliver. Then they cant reschedule until the package is back in depot and goes through the system again. And cant re arrange until the following day. So because they came early I’m having to wait an extra 48 hours for my delivery. Pathetic company, zero customer care.
You cant even change your time slot like you are able to on DPD.

Delivery no show
Had a delivery due yesterday which never turned up. No phonecalls or messages.
Checked on Very and goods out for delivery today but again no phone call or messages and its now 7.35pm and still no delivery, call or message. Sat in all day and no delivery. A courtesy call would have been nice. But lets just sit here and wait eh??

Delivery no show
Had a delivery due yesterday which never turned up. No phonecalls or messages.
Checked on Very and goods out for delivery today but again no phone call or messages and its now 7.35pm and still no delivery, call or message. Sat in all day and no delivery. A courtesy call would have been nice. But lets just sit here and wait eh??

I used the live chat service today to track my parcel. I firstly tried the phone, but as there was high call volume, I decided to use this service instead. It is very easy to use and you are able to contact a customer service adviser immediately. I was connected to Andrea, who was extremely helpful. My delivery is booked in on a day to suit me. Mark & Luke (the crew) were lovely, they rang an hour before my delivery so I knew exactly what time my delivery would come. They were really polite they made sure I was happy with my delivery before they left. There a credit to ArrowXL.

Bad time management… no communication
The company called me to arrange delivery of an item to be delivered on Monday (5th). It was to be delivered between 4pm and 6pm. 7pm went and still nothing. Messaged Arrow this morning (6th) to be told that the item hadn’t been in stock when delivery was arranged but it was in now and could be sent out next Monday (12th). Not even a courtesy call to inform me of the error/delay. So i now have to wait a week after 1st scheduled for my item. This is not the 1st time this had happened. The exact same thing occurred in December also. I don’t understand how they can arrange a delivery for something that you don’t even have stock of. Why not wait until the actual item is physically in the depot rather than build a customer’s hopes up that they are about to receive their goods when they’ve been told they’re going to arrive. In the whole two times i have had to deal with this company both experiences have been the same. If i had the choice i definitely would not use the company. Unfortunately it is through third party so i have no other option than to use this service. Just very incompetent…

Nothing was too much trouble for Scott and Liam they took all the rubbish away and asked how we wanted the sofa set up , they were polite and friendly , talking and calm to the children even when they got in the way. Fantastic service . Arrived when said they would via text service. Brilliant

Awful company

Awful company. Text me at 6:30 am saying they would deliver in next 30 mins. My time slot was 7:30 to 8:30, people were in the office from 7:45. So they come early and was unable to deliver. Then they cant reschedule until the package is back in depot and goes through the system again. And cant re arrange until the following day. So because they came early I’m having to wait an extra 48 hours for my delivery. Pathetic company, zero customer care.
You cant even change your time slot like you are able to on DPD.

Delivery no show
Had a delivery due yesterday which never turned up. No phonecalls or messages.
Checked on Very and goods out for delivery today but again no phone call or messages and its now 7.35pm and still no delivery, call or message. Sat in all day and no delivery. A courtesy call would have been nice. But lets just sit here and wait eh??

Bad time management… no communication
The company called me to arrange delivery of an item to be delivered on Monday (5th). It was to be delivered between 4pm and 6pm. 7pm went and still nothing. Messaged Arrow this morning (6th) to be told that the item hadn’t been in stock when delivery was arranged but it was in now and could be sent out next Monday (12th). Not even a courtesy call to inform me of the error/delay. So i now have to wait a week after 1st scheduled for my item. This is not the 1st time this had happened. The exact same thing occurred in December also. I don’t understand how they can arrange a delivery for something that you don’t even have stock of. Why not wait until the actual item is physically in the depot rather than build a customer’s hopes up that they are about to receive their goods when they’ve been told they’re going to arrive. In the whole two times i have had to deal with this company both experiences have been the same. If i had the choice i definitely would not use the company. Unfortunately it is through third party so i have no other option than to use this service. Just very incompetent…

Awful company. Text me at 6:30 am saying they would deliver in next 30 mins. My time slot was 7:30 to 8:30, people were in the office from 7:45. So they come early and was unable to deliver. Then they cant reschedule until the package is back in depot and goes through the system again. And cant re arrange until the following day. So because they came early I’m having to wait an extra 48 hours for my delivery. Pathetic company, zero customer care.
You cant even change your time slot like you are able to on DPD.

The exact same thing occurred in December also. I don’t understand how they can arrange a delivery for something that you don’t even have stock of. Why not wait until the actual item is physically in the depot rather than build a customer’s hopes up that they are about to receive their goods when they’ve been told they’re going to arrive. In the whole two times i have had to deal with this company both experiences have been the same. If i had the choice i definitely would not use the company. Unfortunately it is through third party so i have no other option than to use this service. Just very incompetent…

Awful company. Text me at 6:30 am saying they would deliver in next 30 mins. My time slot was 7:30 to 8:30, people were in the office from 7:45. So they come early and was unable to deliver. Then they cant reschedule until the package is back in depot and goes through the system again. And cant re arrange until the following day. So because they came early I’m having to wait an extra 48 hours for my delivery. Pathetic company, zero customer care.
You cant even change your time slot like you are able to on DPD.

Delivery no show
Had a delivery due yesterday which never turned up. No phonecalls or messages.
Checked on Very and goods out for delivery today but again no phone call or messages and its now 7.35pm and still no delivery, call or message. Sat in all day and no delivery. A courtesy call would have been nice. But lets just sit here and wait eh??

Bad time management… no communication
The company called me to arrange delivery of an item to be delivered on Monday (5th). It was to be delivered between 4pm and 6pm. 7pm went and still nothing. Messaged Arrow this morning (6th) to be told that the item hadn’t been in stock when delivery was arranged but it was in now and could be sent out next Monday (12th). Not even a courtesy call to inform me of the error/delay. So i now have to wait a week after 1st scheduled for my item. This is not the 1st time this had happened. I used the live chat service today to track my parcel. I firstly tried the phone, but as there was high call volume, I decided to use this service instead. It is very easy to use and you are able to contact a customer service adviser immediately. I was connected to Andrea, who was extremely helpful. My delivery is booked in on a day to suit me. Bad time management… no communication
The company called me to arrange delivery of an item to be delivered on Monday (5th). It was to be delivered between 4pm and 6pm. 7pm went and still nothing. Messaged Arrow this morning (6th) to be told that the item hadn’t been in stock when delivery was arranged but it was in now and could be sent out next Monday (12th). Not even a courtesy call to inform me of the error/delay. So i now have to wait a week after 1st scheduled for my item. This is not the 1st time this had happened. The exact same thing occurred in December also. I don’t understand how they can arrange a delivery for something that you don’t even have stock of. Why not wait until the actual item is physically in the depot rather than build a customer’s hopes up that they are about to receive their goods when they’ve been told they’re going to arrive. In the whole two times i have had to deal with this company both experiences have been the same. If i had the choice i definitely would not use the company. Unfortunately it is through third party so i have no other option than to use this service. Just very incompetent…

Awful company

Awful company. Text me at 6:30 am saying they would deliver in next 30 mins. My time slot was 7:30 to 8:30, people were in the office from 7:45. So they come early and was unable to deliver. Then they cant reschedule until the package is back in depot and goes through the system again. And cant re arrange until the following day. So because they came early I’m having to wait an extra 48 hours for my delivery. Pathetic company, zero customer care.
You cant even change your time slot like you are able to on DPD.

Delivery no show
Had a delivery due yesterday which never turned up. No phonecalls or messages.
Checked on Very and goods out for delivery today but again no phone call or messages and its now 7.35pm and still no delivery, call or message. Sat in all day and no delivery. A courtesy call would have been nice. But lets just sit here and wait eh??

I’ve been very lucky.

I used the live chat service today to track my parcel. I firstly tried the phone, but as there was high call volume, I decided to use this service instead. It is very easy to use and you are able to contact a customer service adviser immediately. I was connected to Andrea, who was extremely helpful. My delivery is booked in on a day to suit me. Mark & Luke (the crew)
Mark & Luke (the crew) were lovely, they rang an hour before my delivery so I knew exactly what time my delivery would come. They were really polite they made sure I was happy with my delivery before they left. There a credit to ArrowXL.

Bad time management… no communication
The company called me to arrange delivery of an item to be delivered on Monday (5th). It was to be delivered between 4pm and 6pm. 7pm went and still nothing. Messaged Arrow this morning (6th) to be told that the item hadn’t been in stock when delivery was arranged but it was in now and could be sent out next Monday (12th). Not even a courtesy call to inform me of the error/delay. So i now have to wait a week after 1st scheduled for my item. This is not the 1st time this had happened. The exact same thing occurred in December also. I don’t understand how they can arrange a delivery for something that you don’t even have stock of. Why not wait until the actual item is physically in the depot rather than build a customer’s hopes up that they are about to receive their goods when they’ve been told they’re going to arrive. In the whole two times i have had to deal with this company both experiences have been the same. If i had the choice i definitely would not use the company. Unfortunately it is through third party so i have no other option than to use this service. Just very incompetent…

Nothing was too much trouble for Scott and Liam they took all the rubbish away and asked how we wanted the sofa set up , they were polite and friendly , talking and calm to the children even when they got in the way. Fantastic service . Arrived when said they would via text service. Brilliant

Awful company

Awful company. Text me at 6:30 am saying they would deliver in next 30 mins. My time slot was 7:30 to 8:30, people were in the office from 7:45. So they come early and was unable to deliver. Then they cant reschedule until the package is back in depot and goes through the system again. And cant re arrange until the following day. So because they came early I’m having to wait an extra 48 hours for my delivery. Pathetic company, zero customer care.
You cant even change your time slot like you are able to on DPD.

Delivery no show
Had a delivery due yesterday which never turned up. No phonecalls or messages.
Checked on Very and goods out for delivery today but again no phone call or messages and its now 7.35pm and still no delivery, call or message. Sat in all day and no delivery. A courtesy call would have been nice. But lets just sit here and wait eh??
