APC overnight
APC overnight. What can I say. I do a lot of online shopping. Every time this company is used as a courier the delivery is a shambles. Usually ending up with me having to drive 20 miles to collect the parcel myself. I’ve had so many bad experiences. I take a day off work waiting for a parcel that does not arrive. Then I track the parcel to find out that apparently delivery was attempted. No card left nothing. If you are unfortunate enough to have dealings with APC be very careful.APC Overnight

No Saturday delivery offered
No Saturday delivery offered, can’t have my delivery address changed to another, In other words unless you book a day off work to receive your post don’t bother.APC Overnight

Had a delivery scheduled for Saturday…
Had a delivery scheduled for Saturday 7th April with a time slot of 7am-7pm to waste a whole day and evening Saturday waiting for it and it not arrive. No notification to say that there was a problem or delay. Parcel tracking was as much use as asking my neighbour if he knew where my parcel was.APC Overnight

I had two delivery by apc one was a sink which was marked up with fragile all over and well protected arrive damage
The second delivery never arrive and it’s impossible to speak to anyone at apc as they don’t answer their phones and they edit their consignment summary. As I checked the tracking on 5/4/2018 the day it was meant to be delivered at around 10.30pm and there was no delivery summary. I checked the next day around 10am and this is the consignment summary
